I may have to try this. With seasonal allergies all my life, it seems that I don't have the respiratory symptoms that I used to get. Instead, I get a rash on my neck and face. Do you have tips for rash?
Lavender is also good for allergy induced rashes. Young Living lavender oil can be applied directly to the affected area with a cotton swab at least twice daily. Hope that helps...Jen
