This is one of my favorite photos of my happy and healthy little guy. It always makes me smile. He is smelling a Young Living aromatherapy roll on called Tranquil which is a blend of lavender, cedarwood, and Roman Chamomile. Having a special aromatherapy time with your kiddos before naps or bed really helps them learn how to wind down and relax!
Thanks Brenda! He loves essential oils and knows many of the names of them just by smell. By 3 months old he slept 12 hours straight through the night and still does. A very content little dude for sure..:)
Yes, essential oils are a great natural alternative to lots of the drugs out there!
I learn something new from every blog hop! What a great way to calm EVERYONE down! I may have to try this with all 4 of my kiddos! Heather jumpin over from the blog hop

Your son is adorable!
Isn't it wonderful that there are some natural alternatives out there to help us relax and unwind? Forget the Ritalin - use aromatherapy!

Aw, your son looks like my little guy before he got a haircut! (I'm still not over it and blogged about it.) Adorable.
