My husband and I have had a pretty healthy diet during our 7 years of marriage, but this year we are aiming for a diet that is focused around 75% raw foods. Check out these seven benefits of going raw. Some friends of ours have gone mostly raw for health reasons and we are inspired to do the same. Summer is a great time to get started because of the plentiful selection of fresh local produce and the hot days ahead will make cold foods seem most appealing. I am excited to try new salad creations and learn how to make raw desserts that eliminate flour, sugar, and dairy.
